Mentor strongly believes in providing a complete support service that customers can rely upon. Mentor keeps a paper record of all training undertaken for a minimum of 7 years. Electronically we can reproduce certificates back to June 1999 and have further records going back to 1995.
In 2004 Mentor invested in a sophisticated computer system that now allows us to produce a wide variety of management reports that can be used to measure a customers KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) on demand. Reports and specific site pages may also available online through the secure login. Please contact Mentor for further information on how we can assist your Company in creating Company specific intranet pages so that all sites can view information pertinent to your business. These are secure pages and different users within your Company can have access to all or specific screens.
Mentor can also centrally administer refresher/retest policies by working closely with customers to keep records of which delegates are due for refresher/retesting in accordance with customers individual requirements. This service provides piece of mind that all operators are kept up to date with their training, reducing risk, administration time and minimising the cost.
