Designed for use with fork lift trucks, the Mentor inspection book provides an easy and reliable system for operational pre-shift checks.

Part of the fork lift truck inspection system, the pre-shift checks inspection book contains 50 inspection sheets, each detailing all of the inspections that the operator should carry out on the truck prior to its use.

The inspection book is similar to a cheque book, once the operator has completed the checks on the truck they remove the completed slip, leaving behind a carbon copy of their inspection. Each slip has a consecutive number on the footer which means that the employer will always have a record of the inspections that have been completed on the truck.

The removed copy of the inspection slip is then completed in the appropriate section and displayed in the inspection paddle.

Each book will cover 50 inspections.
