Top Scores for Instructor Training

Since October 2006, Mentor has successfully trained over 600 accredited forklift truck instructors to AITT and RTITB standards.

Delegates for instructor courses come from a wide range of businesses both small and large, including almost all of the major employers in the UK.

Maintaining standards
At the end of each course, course attendees have been asked  to complete a comprehensive feedback form to enable us to make sure the courses are continuously improved and run to the highest possible standards.

The questions are designed to accurately capture delegates’ opinions on everything from the content and pace of the course through to the quality of training materials used, the enthusiasm of the tutors and even the quality of the refreshments!

Positive feedback
Feedback from courses delivered so far in 2010 have shown a very positive and highly encouraging 92.9% approval rating across all categories – the highest yet achieved.
