Training Records and Reports

Mentor strongly believes in providing a complete support service that customers can rely upon.  Our dedicated support team will ensure that your company is provided with all the information needed. 

Mentor keeps a paper record of all training undertaken for a minimum of 7 years.  Electronically we can reproduce certificates back to July 1999.

Refresher training policies

Mentor can also centrally administer refresher/retest policies by working closely with customers to keep records of which delegates are due for refresher/retesting in accordance with customers individual requirements.  This service provides peace of mind that all operators are kept up to date with their training, reducing risk, administration time and minimising the cost.
