A competent person must be able to demonstrate that they have the sufficient training, knowledge and experience in order to carry out their duties responsibly. They must also be able to understand any potential hazards or technical defects related to the work / equipment. The course is designed to train delegates in the safe assembly, use and dismantle of mobile access towers. On successful completion of the PASMA course delegates will receive a PASMA operators certificate and identification card valid for 5 years.
