IPAF Training and Accreditation

Mentor offer both IPAF training and our own courses that follow the same schemes of work. For further details of the courses and their length please select one of the machines below.

NOTE - IPAF the leading accrediting body for the training of access platform operators, demonstrators and instructors have recently changed and simplified the categorisation of the different types of machines. These new classifications are now in common use and referred to in this section.

* If two machine types are trained on in a single day, the maximum number of delegates reduces to 4.

For machines with a maximum lift height over 90 feet (30mtrs) or for machines of extreme complexity a 2 day course will be required.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that machine to be trained on has a current LOLER Certificate. The employer is also responsible for providing all Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) such as harnesses, lanyards and safety helmets as required.
