Mentor Delivery and Returns

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Delivery to the UK Mainland ranges from £2.50 for smaller items up to £10.00 for larger heavier items.

Q. How will my order be sent to me?
A. Smaller items will be sent via recorded mail and larger items will be sent by courier. In all instances a signature will be required to ensure receipt and correct delivery address has been provided. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery otherwise the goods will be sent to your local collections office and in some instances may be returned to Mentor.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery to all UK Mainland locations. Mentor currently only accepts UK credit cards and delivery within the UK. For information on purchase and delivery times for outside the UK please contact 01246 555222.

Q. What if I am unhappy with the goods that I receive?
A. Mentor will only accept the return of goods should the products be damaged or unsuitable for purpose. All products must be returned to Mentor in the same condition as they were received. Mentor is not liable for the cost of return postage unless prior agreed. A replacement will be supplied for all damaged goods. For goods supplied unfit for purpose. Mentor will refund the total invoiced amount.

Q. How long do I have to return the goods?
A. Unused items can be returned to Mentor within 14 days of purchase. It is in your interest to return any products under a system that requires proof of delivery e.g. recorded post, courier etc. as Mentor cannot accept that the goods have been received back without this. Once Mentor has received the goods back into stock, a credit against purchase value will be honoured.
