About Us Certification Mentor certificates are uniquely designed using comprehensive security measures to detect and prevent fraudulent copies.  Certificates detail the operator’s qualifications and can be used as proof of adequate training in the case of an HSE inspection.  This security and piece of mind is included in the price of each training course. Any company wishing to clarify training details presented to them on a Mentor certificate against our national database are welcome to contact us by phone or in writing for confirmation. For security reasons we only issue certificates (or copies) to approved contacts thus ensuring that any individual approaching Mentor for a copy of their certificate can only get this with proper authorisation from their employer. To compliment the certificates, Mentor also offer User ID Badges which can be used by the employer to authorise the employee to operate the trucks or machinery that they have certificates for.
